My heart has an empty place in it that aches deeply.
It is heavy with grief for what my family has lost.
Husband.
Dad.
Grandfather.
Oh how we miss him all ready, how we can’t imagine how much more we will miss him as time goes on without him. We wish we could have one more day, one more hour, one more moment, just to say how very much we love him. To tell one more joke, to share one more laugh. Oh how we’ll miss you indeed!
And yes Dad, I know it's an old photo, but you didn't really want the Hawaiian Loa photo up did you? Cause that one would have really made me laugh. Or the one with the socks up to your knees, I might have laughed harder cause we sure did give you a hard time about that.

I'm so sorry for your loss Kendra. I lost my dad 4 years ago and I choke up just writing this....So glad for the memories and that you can remember and laugh.
