What do you do when you wake up on a chilly autumn morning and your new "gaba gaba" jammies aren't keeping you warm enough? You beg Mommy to make hot cocoa to warm you up, then you delight Daddy by smiling big for a chocolaty photo. He's one in a million!

Stevia Hot Chocolate
Serves 4-6

3 T cocoa
1/2 t powdered stevia
2 T honey or maple syrup, or agave nectar
5 cups of milk
1 T vanilla

Mix the cocoa and stevia in a pan with a whisk, add about 1/4 cup of milk to make a paste, thin the paste with another 1/4 cup, add other sweetener. Bring mixture to a boil and boil for about 2-3 minutes. Add remaining milk and mix well, leave on heat until warm; add vanilla, mix well. Serve and Enjoy.
